Newbie Convert from G35 to G37
Hey all,
New 37 owner checking in. Sold my '05 G35 for an '08 G37S (cost me 2K difference, came with '11 IPL bumper cover, NISMO LMGT 5 wheels). Couple of quirks with the new one to work out (fuel sending unit probably doing "that thing" where it doesn't read correctly because car read & warned that it was empty, yet it only took 12 gals of gas, even filling slowly/burping/spilling out) Took on small trip 225 mi out/back, and so far appears mileage is 4 to 5 mpg worse than my '05 (2 wks ago on same trip my '05 avg 27 mpg, '08 only 22.5) City only seems about 1 to 2 worse so far. Power seems a bit better though
Anyway, LOVED my '05 so I hope I love the '08 every bit as much!

Thanx, previous owner sold the factory S-wheels after he installed the Nismos. They look pretty good in person, however, the rear offset is just a tiny bit too much, so they stick out a bit more than I would like (w/255 40 19s). Haven't seen any other's in my area with them, so that's kind of good for now. It would be quite awhile before I could do anything different w/regard to wheels so I'm choosing to be happy with them until then
