Talking Newbie From Cali!

Hello everyone
I just got my 09 G37s coupe with navi two days ago and so far I love it!!! Its so sexy and way way faster compared to what i was driving before (chevy malibu).

The car came with Petrol 19" wheels but dont know if they are good or not has anyone heard of them before . Also thinking of painting my front grill black and lightly tinting my backlights black but not sure if it would look good. What do u guys think?

Also been looking at some of the mods I want to do and I am thinking of lowering it first with eibach pro kit and had a question, do I need a camber kit if im going to be dropping it? Or is the eibach pro kit all i need?

Thanks everyone and im going to post some pics I took when I first got it but will take better ones soon.
-Just added another picture. I like how the color changes depending if the suns hitting the car or not.

Whats going on brother! Welcome to the forum! Ive personally never heard of Petrol Wheels. Painting the front grille and tails are decent mods to do down the road...but if you want your G to be noticeably different...the first thing you should do is lower it.

Eibach springs are probably the most mild drop you can get. An aggressive drop would be H&R Springs.

You definitely do not NEED a camber kit when youre only dropping it on Eibachs. If youre concerned about tire wear then a camber kit is something to consider if you lower it further on H&Rs or get coilovers. But its not an absolute necessity IMO.

PS... id loose that Miller plastic thing on the front of your bumper too. Just so it looks cleaner.

Hey RDDLINE, thanks...look like you were the only one from all of us that sent a greeting that actually answered his questions. Good looking out bro.

I recently dropped my sedan on Eibachs. No camber kit needed. Eibachs are a good inexpensive way to lower your car. Check the vendor section to get a good deal on them. I used importpartspro. Great price & fast shipping and just had one of my buddies install them.

Welcome! Car looks great. Never heard of the rims, but they look good on the car. I got my G from Miller to. Didn't have too great of an experience there, but got the car nonetheless. I take it you're located in the Los Angeles area, I'm in Porter Ranch area. See you around!
