My new G37 and Cayman...

My wife just bought a 2011 G37 after I bought a 2012 Cayman. I did 3 years of research. My wife only took 3 days.

Now I have to learn all about G37's and I'm looking forward to reading and becoming a member of this forum.

But one thing is killing me? The little square display next to the speedometer has two numbers MPG 11.2 and MPH 11.7... I'm guessing its some kind of fuel calculator...(the numbers didn't change last time I drove it) but what I really want is a digital display of MPH so I don't have to look at the speedometer which is harder to see at a quick glance (my last car spoiled me- Honda SI with its big digital speedo). Is this possible? Thanks

LOL... My wife wanted sporty, but also a back seat for her friends.
When I was car shopping....I just said "my friends can walk"

So far I'm impressed with the G37, great sedan, great choice

congrats on the purchases.

there is no digital speedo. That MPG and MPH are the averages since last reset. to reset press and hold the button on the right of the speedo cluster with the DOT on it

Welcome, and I love the Cayman! That was my first choice in vehicles, but there is definitely no place for a baby seat..... so I went with the G coupe. Hey atleast it has a back seat....

You went from a Civic SI to a Cayman?

Must be out of college now and have a very good job.

^Caymans really aren't that badly priced... Judging by the fact that he is married, he is probably older and in his peak earning years now. Or atleast 30s-40s. Not unreasonable to be able to afford a Cayman... also he is a home owner..

Yes, i did just analyze you LOL

Both cars look great. What packages did you go with on the G?
