Im In the same Boat!!!

I just bought a new G37S Journey Coupe with the Sport kit. It looks just like the IPL but with out the 18 more HP LOL I got that and more just getting the Chip but still the kits are close! I want to compete in more shows now with this than I was in truck...I see everyone lowering these G's but whats better? Coilovers? or Springs with Camber kits? I've looked and looked into both and not really sure which way to go? I want as factory ride stiff but not to Butterfly my wheels to have excessive wear on the tires! most I've seen are Butterflied and the tires they must go through! I've looked in to Seibon for carbon parts and Stillen! DAMN A SUPER CHARGER!!! Whooo whoo!!! time to whoop some ****!!!! Please let me know which way is better on springs or coils???? yet to 20's or keep 19's????

coilovers for a dumped/slammed look
much better handling and less body roll.
any performance upgrades on suspension will be stiffer than OEM.
the coils on my camry are extremely stiff, couple clicks away from max.
doesn't bother me.
coils offer height adjustability and damper settings, certain ones also offer some camber adjustment.

20s will look nice on springs, 19s will look good if you have coils and don't mind riding around slammed.
all depends on what kind of look you're aiming for.

welcome to the forum!

You bought the girl with your girlfriend???

...and if you wanted to "slam" your car, I would have maybe researched which G to get and which not. Since you got an X, awd, the undercarriage is actually lower which makes it very hard to slam a car as low as a sport or journey.

You've def found the right place for information! GL moddin!!
