HELP will these wheel specs fit my OEM tires
bought online stern st2 wheels: 2 19x8.5 5x114.3 +20 offset black polish lip
2 19x9.5 5x114.3 +25 offset black polish lip

question 1: would they clear my calipers?
question 2: would they fit my OEM tires 225/45/19 -fronts; 245/40/19-rears???

of course the guys online (aspecwheels in oakland,USA) told me they will fit but guys here in canada keep telling me the offset in the rears are too low? what does that even mean????
