^ yeah kinda, the price isn't too high for a car, the price is too high for "that" car, won't get into all of that, but that front plate thing looks horrible on those bumpers, it looks almost as bad as corvettes with front plates. I personally would have told them to find me another one without pre drilled holes.

Coming from the Genesis, I'd love to hear your back-to-back comparisons of each car. What did the Genesis do better than the G, and vice-versa.

Welcome!

The front plate can't be helped. Hawaii law requires front plates mounted. Not too happy. I enjoyed the genesis coupe while I had it. The steering in the g37 is more responsive. I'm able to see out the back window better on the g37...not that I need to with the camera. The ride is smoother in the g37. The interior of the genesis was nice but it felt cheap. Also, I felt that the genesis at stock height was like a 4x4. I mean the gap from fender to tire was just fugly. The genesis coupe is definately a step up, but lets be honest...it's still a Hyundai. IMHO, the g37 is the better car in all categories. The Gen coupe has potential but it can't compete with a G. The on going joke in the Gen coupe community is that the Gen is "a poor man's g37". I figured "why have a fake one, when I could get the real thing". I'm rambling on, so I close for now. If you want specific details between the two please ask. Thank you guys for the welcome!

congrats on the car and yay for another hawaii G owner. i was looking at the pictures, and it was hard to tell but then i saw blaisdell center, and your safety tags. did you relocate them there? be careful, some hpd will revoke your safety if they see in the middle of your plate like that!

again, congratulations with your G!

i had to part ways with my G a couple months ago, and now drive around my beater nissan. i just ordered a new car...should be arriving at the docks around may
