Hi all,

Just picked up my 2008 G37S coupe this weekend. Previous car was a tricked out 350z, and I wanted to keep it in the family. The G is black with a tan/black interior. I guess I will be ditching the Z forums and joining you guys now!

Welcome to the forum new G brother!

Don't completely ditch the Z forums, there's lots of knowledgeable guys in the Z community to learn from. And much of the 370Z information applies to the G as well either directly or in principle.

Thanks for the warm welcome fellas. I've been a member of the Z forums for years and have learned lots from them and hope to do the same here. I also run the forum over at centexvq dot com, for our local Z/G club in Austin, TX. I've attached pics of my old Z for those of you who care, and my new G. Can't wait to start the modding!

I didn't know you were a CentexVQ guy. I was in Austin just this past weekend. I see a lot more Infinitis and especially modded ones there than I do in the Houston area.

Are you coming down to Houston this weekend for the CentexVQ/Strictly G's BBQ? It would be nice to not be the only G37 coupe for a change. Even if it rains.

Yeah been with them for a few years now. I might be going out to Houston, not sure yet. The girl is trying to get off work so we can come out. Would be nice to meet a few more enthusiasts...lets hope it doesn't rain. Its pouring here in Austin and has been all day.
