Just Saying Hey

Been rollin' around the forums for a couple weeks now and I just wanted to say hi.

I don't currently own a G37, but in the next 6 months I have full intentions of purchasing an 09 G37S 6MT BO and doing some minor modifications as I see fit. I currently drive a Dodge Caliber (lol).

Like all things I do, I like to do a fair bit of research before making any big decisions and I just wanted to say that this forum has some excellent information floating around.

I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona, but in the next 2 months will probably be sent to the east coast.

So there. I did it.

Hey you're probably one of the few that don't own one yet and actually posted. Don't be shy! We're friendly. Sometimes.

Hola, going from a Caliber to a G37 should prove to be a nice change. Hope you enjoy our color commentary.

Hey welcome to the forum. I too was on here before I owned a G. What am I saying? I still don't own one, but the girl that lives with me does! She just picked it up this last weekend right near you. She picked it up in Tucson.

Thanks.

I recently test drove an 08 G37S 6MT fully loaded near me...and to be honest I practically dream about the car now. I will be flying helicopters in the army here soon and after basic and all the other hooplah (and once I'm allowed a car by uncle sam...) I will be picking one up post-haste. So as to the question of where out east...I really don't know. I know I'll be in Alabama for ~14 months though.

A couple of the the things that I was thinking about doing to the car were obviously some cosmetic changes, along with some really good brakes and pads (I'd love to go ceramic...), and maybe some engine modifications. Turbo maybe. I just don't know. The G37 will be the first "fast" car I will have owned, and I want to do it right. Hence why I'm going to be spending ~$44k.

Thanks for the welcome, and you should be seeing more of me around here. Even though I don't have the car you all do, and am supremely jealous.

Well good luck to you in training, you have a lot more cahones than I, I wouldn't want to join the armed services at this time, so best of luck to ya, and stay safe, your G will be waiting.
