G37S - NorthernVA

Hey tennis8, you sound just like me. Just got a Liquid Platinum 37S last Sunday from Passport. I was pushing a 2002 Passat V6 before. Definitely looking forward to meeting up with some other G's in NoVa.

Whats up guys.... Blue Slate G37 Journey + Premium/Nav here in Centreville VA. I ended up buying from Tysons in October ( I emailed them an offer , and they accepted it... vs Chantilly not wanting to budge from MSRP) Tried to get service there once at Tysons and wasn't impressed so ive been taking it to Chantilly since. I work out in Dulles and will probably move out there in the next 6 months. You guys see many other G37's in the area? Ive seen maybe 5-10 but the car still seems pretty exclusive. I used to drive an Acura CL-S and spent alot of time on www.acura-cl.com/www.acurazine.com forums before here. How about you guys?

1) set up an appt with him for first oil change, got there and they said he no longer works for them.
2) set up some warranty work (seat bubbling issue) and he was back at work so dealt with him
3) set up 7500mi oil change, brought in to do service, he again has been laid off.
So yeah, stability isnt one of their strong points. I really liked him too, when I needed the warranty work he was a no questions asked kinda guy, just ordered whatever I needed and took care of it. The new service manager they have seems pretty picky (as I had to get my seat cushion fixed again..) and took some persuasion from me before he would agree to fix the seat...again.

We should do a meet up in NoVA some weekend with nice weather (like this past one) and cruise some good roads. I heard sometimes people take their rides out to the Shennadoa valley? Any other good places around there?

Hey slimbustaman, I saw my first twin (LP 37S) last night at the Asian Tennis Festival out in Reston. It was weird because he parked like 3 spots in front of me and also had the Passport tag. The only other G37S I've ran into is a VR one in the Springfield/Alexandria area.

My first post!
Just got a new G37S with Prem/Nav/Tech on Wed! @ ~$460/month lease They had a great end of the month sale. I got it in Liq Platium - but last car was black on black. Almost made the mistake of goign with a 135i or 335i and probably would have been at the bmw service center 4-5 times a year like my co-workers.
Got this car over the A4, IS350, TL-S, C350, 135i/335i and I'm so happy every time I get into this thing.
I just need to learn all the voice commands and how to use the NAV a bit more. Any tips?
I'm also thinking of plugging in a little Mac Mini output into the dash and have WiFi along with it...a bit of a stretch but the upgradable/hackable software seems like I can do a lot with it.

I'm in the NoVa area as well and I just picked up my G37S last week!

I got the IP with premium. I got the car at Tysons for a pretty good deal. $37,500 out the door with 1.9% financing!
