New Clutch: New Updated Thread

We left off with:

MASTER LIST
1) John - Nismo Clutch / JWT or Nismo Flywheel (maybe)
2) Vic - JWT Clutch / JWT Flywheel
3) Lek - JWT Clutch / JWT Flywheel
4) Jesus - Nismo Flywheel / Nismo Clutch

I created another thread since the previous was congested with bu!!****.

I will begin today to do my research on the better clutch for the desired bite. If you have any info on nismo vs other clutches, please let me know before I shop around for group buys thanks!

You have no reason to upgrade a clutch. Its not like you have turbo. You might get your RPMs to rev a little faster but that's it, and why just the clutch what about the lightweight flywheel and the short shifter?

short shifter does nothing for this car. flywheel comes with other side effects. Clutch biting better is a big plus for me. Personal preference. From reading, this clutch is in the likelyhood of having to be replaced within the first 80k of buying the car. I have never had to change a clutch in any car I have owned up to 140k miles.

I'd prefer JWT clutch, JWT flywheel. I'd consider Nismo components if the price was better (which I doubt).

only negative thing i have heard so far about the JWT flywheel is loud chatter. I need something I can resell the car without noticing.

Before any discount, it prices stand at:

JWT Clutch($399) / Flywheel($389) Combo = $769.00

Nismo Clutch($536) / Flywheel($540) Combo = $1076.00

RPS MAX Series Clutch / Flywheel Combo = $899.00

There are other brands, but these are popular names I have posted about.

Do the prices you quoted above include shipping?
