yeah, read that thread about it and tried it out. it installed in like 10 seconds. i ordered two of them months ago b/c someone scratched my passenger side one. i just never got around to installing it b/c i thought you had to unscrew the cylinder. didn't know it was so easy to pry off with a pocket knife. and it still gives me the option to pry if off if my remote or car battery was dead.
