What is your next car?/Raced Pontiac Grand Prix GT - posted by Stylez09
He can't seem to create a thread so here I am posting for him.
I am too lazy to post two different topics so I will combine them in this one:
First of, most of us here are young professionals starting our careers. We obviously have great taste and a little bit of money to choose the G35 as our cars. Down the road, when most of us are planning on getting married/starting a family, what do you think your next car will be? I am not asking what you want your next car to be, but what you think it will be based on your predicted situation at the time of next purchase. Of course you will have to take into account your salary, mortgage, family...etc. My next car purchase will be in about 3-4 years, and by then I plan on being married and start a family. I would probably be in the market for 2008-2009 Lexus GS 430 (Hopefully 500 by then) AWD.
Next,
Yesterday afternoon some late model Grand Prix GT (looked up the specs: V6 3.8L supercharged 240hp/280tq) decides to cut me off. I get behind him on a left turn lane to get onto the ffx county pkwy. Once it hits green we both punch it and i have to slow down b/c if i didnt i would have taken his bumper off. I proceed to overtake him with ease on the right lane and pull hard until im about 4 cars ahead. I think he decided he didnt want anymore b/c he immediately exits to the next left turn lane to avoid further humiliation. I thought it would be a closer race. Oh well.

I will always be into coupes no matter the family or not. Thats why my wife is for... to have the 4 door
I will likely be sliding into an M3 if the dont kill the design any more. The big key factor here is what will be presented at the car shows from here on out.

i don't have much faith in the future stylings of the M3. i really liked the look of the current version, but the spy shots of the '06 M3 looks really ****ty to me.

oh and to stay sorta on topic...
i think if i'm still single or not really that close to starting a fam, i'd be in the market for a 911 or carrera. but if i were to go towards a family (sedan route), i'd most likely want to get a 5 series bimmer or a merc (maybe an AMG)?
