I went to The Tint Shop in Rockville today, and got quoted $165 for whole car except the winshield. Seems to be e decent price, but there are many different films to chose from. Is there a particular brand I should go with?

I think this thread should give you a pretty good idea about some places to go to and get it done - if you're in Rockville though, there's a place in Laurel called United Solar that many are happy with - I think you may wanna try them for a good job. Have heard no compliants!

yeah...i restarted this thread cuz i went to LA tint which they quoted me over 300(320 approximately). so i was wondered if i can be hooked.
friend of mine went to california tint and it looked nice...
i really need one tho :/

BLAH I just called Express Tint in Centreville and dropped Bernie's name but the guy said $220!!!!! Granted i have a sedan but $40 more for 2 extra windows? LOL THen he said I can get a whooping $20 off if i goto the Vienna store. Didn't catch his name but the guy wasn't exactly striving for customer service satisfaction. I just got that feeling when he said "Do what you like, buddy" hahha
