We did...Also w/ SFH prices being as low are they are, people are jumping into new homes and deals not thinking of what the econony would do once it gets back on it feet, hence the reason for alot of foreclosures due to Adjustable rate mortgages and higher property taxes.

yeah, foreclosures suck. Its kinda hard to feel for the buyers, but they just want a piece of the pie. A lot of those buyers likely opted for a variable rate also. Thats just bad news. Maybe their eyes just got too big 
At the same time, I can never really feel sorry for the mortgage companies either. Most of them are just a hassle to deal with. I loved the lender for our townhome though. They did everything in their power to make things efficient and easy on the buyer. Im glad our loan on the house now got sold though. The original lender was a pain and now we are back with the good lender.
