C&D:

Edmunds:
0 - 30 (sec): 2.0
0 - 45 (sec): 3.5
0 - 60 (sec): 5.4
0 - 75 (sec): 7.9
1/4 Mile (sec @ mph): 13.8 @ 102.0
30 - 0 (ft): 28
60 - 0 (ft): 115
Slalom (mph): 71.3

numbers not much better than our cars, i guess all that extra weight is negating all the extra power from the new engine

Pardon my ignorance, but what accounts for the improved sound of that car (as compared to G35)? Dual intakes, higher displacement, other?

Performance looks solid. Virtually no change in the 0-60 department, but a .5 second improvement in the 1/4 mile indicates the HP increase and the improved torque curve of the new engine.

I agree, I wish Infiniti was more diligent in designing out additional weight from the coupe. A couple hundred pounds would have done wonders to the performance numbers above.

Can't say I like the new center console yet. If you don't get nav, do you still get a screen that shows radio, mileage and etc? If you don't, what are they expecting to replace all that real estate with? A huge plastic cubby like in the Zs? I also agree that the numbers don't seem impressive. Still getting smoked by the 335i's.

u'll still get the monitor with car information, AC controls, and your CD/iPOD player controls.
