with that being said, i am pretty sure the 335 is going to be more mod-friendly than the g37.. We'll just wait and see.. apparently they are saying that you will be able to squeeze more power out of the HR motor with bolt-ons but the 335 have already proved how mod friendly it is, you get so much power just by reflashing the ecu.. the two turbos that the 335 comes with is the more attractive part, performance wise offcourse.

i feel bad for those waiting on the '08. I've expressed my disapointment before in hope that once things are more finalized, i'd fine something to impress me with. But it' opposite and i'm finding myself more disapointed as i learn more real numbers. The body is doo doo compared to the concept. The engine is somewhat at par with expection, but didn't really help performance. That MT article seem bias, as they all are. They knew about the oil heat issue, so they exploited it. The article was like "when we got to the car, the prior driver drove it hard and the oil temp was super high". Plus, why didn't they put manual against manual?? they knew the g37 came with 6spd AT while 335i only has 5spd. They also noted that the 335i AT didn't have an oil cooler that the manual does. It's so rigged. Look at the spec from the article, 335i edged out in every category. This doesn't even account for the mod-friendlyness of an FI car vs. N/A. Boo to the '08

Khoa, I agree with you mostly. I hate that the 335i doesnt have a LSD offered. It does, of course, have traction control. As for 1/4 mile times. Stock times are showing times such as 13.6 (according to left lane news) and I also read similar times on the beamer forums. I think the 335i is a better overall car. You just have to pay the premium to get such.
