No it sure didn't. It looked like a big white german shepard. Beautiful dog. It looked like it weighed about 65-85 pounds. He was running at full speed and wo was I. The impact was really violent. I felt so bad.

No i didn't find the owners. This happend on the PW Parkway. I busted a U-turn and went to check on the dog. Called the police, VDOT, and animal control and left him to them.

dam that sux man, summer is just starting here on the east coast and kid are out playing and animals preying hehe
