We have a single family being built. Some of the rooms in the basement are PERFECT for the grand music studio

Once all is said and done, a bbq will soon follow

I just moved for western MD paying 1200 for a place like yours. Now I'm in Alex VA paying 1400 for a decent 1 BD. I wont mind the possibly consider moving into your place with someone cool wouldnt mind splitting the rent.

Thanks man. One of Rhea's associates is a property manager. If we don't occupy the place soon, She is supposed to take over. The new home is also in Ashburn. Its about 2 miles away from the current place. As soon as I get setup, I will be back on GOW witchya (no down time lol)

With everyone buying a house, we should have our own show called: NGC Cribs

John, myself, and Pratik would start off the first three weeks of the show

That place looks pretty clean and doesn't look like anyone has lived there recently. Are you not living there until your single house is built?
