Need Help with Dual Climate Control
I just got my Pioneer AVIC Z1 installed. However, DSI could not figure out how to retain my dual climate control feature. Could someone please help me or recommend someone that could be of assistance for a small fee?

There's a DIY on double din install where that details the soldering of the dual climate. From my understanding, you would simply(simple if you know how to solder..) desolder the button from the oem panel and solder it to the blank spot in the jdm panel and remove the plastic cover. I think it should be almost plug and play..well..solder and play.
BTW- how much is DSI charging for the install? and how much did you get the Z1 for? I'm thinking about getting a kenwood dvd double din and adding an external navi module to it. It's said to work flawlessly and is a better navi unit since it's made by Garmin and can be updated with download from Garmin. both unit run less than a grand.

Thanks for the instructions, I told DSI the same steps but they did not want to handle the swap.
Check your PM.
