seems the comments from non-g35 owners are pretty consistent with us, its not getting good reaction for its looks.
i espeically like this one
while we are on that topic for some reason the g35 coupe has a curious owner profile in my not so humble opinion. while the 350z is mostly tuner fiends, 2fast2furious types and sad old men with chest wigs, the g35 is instead the domain of showy *******.
how many times have i noticed a g35 coupe and it's owner is some web2.0 or dotcom first time around biz dev type. likely called brad. has an mba and faux smile. i hate to say it folks but 80% of the blokes i see driving this one are ******* plain and simple.
my advice is buy a 350z if you're serious about driving or if your serious about posing you have to plump for some Munich metal.

I like these higher res shots a little better but still I do think the 03-07 generation still looks the best:

BTW, I'm stealing all this information from the 2008 Coupe forum here on Driver.

The result is that while the 3.7-liter's 270 lb-ft peak torque is only 2 lb-ft higher than the 3.5-liter's, the curve shows improvements of about six percent down low and four percent up high.
The increase in high-rpm torque results, of course, in more horsepower. The G37 is preliminarily rated at 330 horsepower. And as a result of VVEL, it should beat the 3.5-liter's EPA fuel economy ratings. Now that's progress."

Is it me or does it look too much like the sedan but with 2 less doors? I think the '07 sedan did a good job by combining the coupe and sedan good aspect into one car. I was hoping they would change it up a lil with the coupe. It almost look like as if somebody photoshop the sedan front end and rear end into the first gen body. I liked it better when there was clear distinction between the coupe and sedan.

The front looks ok, rear looks way too much like the sedan. I thought the interior would look way different, but it's not too bad. I like how they made the power seat adjusters like a normal car because Consumer Reports keeps crying about how the seat controls are "too confusing and hard to find." pussies.
The wheels look like the ones of the FX, I hope they don't make it to production.
