We should probably bump the food list. Just because you can only buy a minimum quantity of stuff everyone shouldnt bring something. If they did we'd end up we way to much.
I suggest that some people sign up to bring stuff, then we can collect money from others at the event (around $5) and spread it amongst the people that brought stuff (based on how much they spent).
It is slightyly complex, but if everyone keeps track of how much they spent, it should only take a couple minutes to divide up.

As long as we split it up so that someone has nav and/or knows where the hell they're going. Do I need to bring more? I feel like a schlub just bringing charcoal, matches, and lighter fluid. I can bring a roll or two of paper towels

Or like pratik said we can always divid into groups of 5s and make it less conspicious. I think the important thing is we have to be disciplined and not speed on the way. Ive seen videos on the internet where they pulled 50+ VW golfs over all at once and gave all of them speeding tickets.
