Great Experience at IOC
Most of you know I was going out of town for the weekend (Ocean City) from Friday-Monday. Before I left I decided to get an oil change this past Thursday before making the trek. I dropped in unexpected around 1 and was told that there was no room to squeeze me in. I decided to go pay for a filter and do the oil change myself since IOC had no open slots. As I went to pay for the filter ($3-5) Gary greeted me and rather than have me pay for it, handed it to me (free). Then he asked me what I was doing with a filter and I explained I needed an oil change however they had no availability.
Gary then insisted to have it changed right away and requested I go and relax in the customer lounge. About 40 minutes later the car was ready to go. Another great experience for me at IOC. Regardless of issues others have had with them, I still have NEVER had an issue with IOC and will continue to make them my #1 stop for any service/issue. I only wish that those who were responsible for our loss of privileges and discounts wouldve thought about what they did. They ruined a good thing for us all, and apparently returned to IOC for future service(s) after making claims that they never would .
Regardless though, service is always top notch for me and I will continue to rely on them.
