Vic, I'm pretty sure... that "Tint ticket: is a second degree violation and you cannot be simply pulled over for it. I think i asked that question in one of those driving school classes you got to do after getting a ticket haha...

its a point better argued in court through your attorney than directly with the cop when he has you pulled over and can potentially cite you for an endless list of other infractions...
