I didn't see any strobes in the tails. As I was passing the two cars I noticed the flashing blue lights on the dash.

As for po po perks. They are pretty notorious. My parents had a local mom & pop ice cream store and a few of them used to come by on a regular basis and my parents would give them free cones. One cop who was a long time regular even gave my parents his card with all of his contact info for them to call if they run into any problems. It's a mutually back scratching arrangement.

 

I dont know.... now a days ppl have been posing as cops with there own strobe and blue lights in there car and harrassing ppl. I read this one story on the internet awhile back about this old lady driving a lexus and was pulled over by an undercover, and told her to get out. Handcuff her left her on the side and said she was speeding blah blah and all the usual stuff and she complyed and as he went back to his car he drove off and left her there. He didint take anything, but thought it would be funny to do some $h*t like that...sick fcku

 

What color was the FX???

 

It was either silver or that desert color (metallic tan?).
