there are import undercover cop cars...just last week i was driving up 198 and i saw a blue maxima with someone pulled over and a uniformed officer was writing them a ticket. the maxima wasnt a cheapie either...it had the nice wheels, xenons, leather, etc...

It's the perfect car to use for undercover.
All these modded fart cans love to race cars like Infiniti BMW etc.
A much bigger rush & bragging rights than beating one of their own....
JMHO....
I have no problem with them going after street racing.
The moral of the story... take it to the track.

The undercover Maxima is a Detective's car, he only stops you if he is really bored!
Another thing....I used to work for a car dealer, the cars that the police buy are NOT bought at the dealer level. They are bought at a special discount directly through the maker and when they come in they are transported to the police departments outfiting crew(lights,radios,computers) The actual car dealer RARELY ever sees the cars, and if they do come to a dealer lot they are flatbedded to the correct station for delivery. They do not come to the dealership and take possesion. IT"S BS!!!
