Gorgeous, The last few runs you had a second or so on them all. So what if the civic beat you... you looked better loosing than he did winning
So, how did it feel going down the track? And what kind of response, if any, did you get from people there about your car?
Plus if your RT was closer to his, you probably could've beaten him on that race (Turbo civic) but nice run either way.

Nice runs, I recognize that track, Capital Raceway in Crofton right? That track sucks, if you get a chance go to Budds Creek, much better track surface. I always ran better times there. Car looks great, thats the first blue G37 I have seen.

First off... thank you for the postive feedback!! You guys are awesome.
As for that Civic, i am just bitter about it because i prob couda had him, had it not been my very first time at the track. Yes, i was nervous on my first 2 runs or so. The lights go down sooner than you expect and i did not know how to line up evenly.
My friend was supposed to be there to guide me, but he was late. So i did not start to move till after the light turned green, and till the civic began to move.
I jumped in front of the civic, and we kept going back and forth between shifts, then his VTACH and Turboooz kicked in and he pulled away from me at the end.

GUYS! One thing i forgot to mention... my first run, against the civic... well, i was so nervous, as i already explianed, that i forgot to turn VDC off!!!
=(
I was kicking myself after, but as you can see... it did not make a difference? Which is strange. Perhaps at the time my car was cool, since i had not run it yet.
I will go back again in a couple weeks and experiment more.
