I was talking specifically about the motordyne intake manifold. they claim that alone (no mention of any other bolt ons, or even a tune) will net 10-14hp from a intake manifold. My understanding of intake manifolds if they can offer more torque while actually sacrificing some hp.

I'll be expecting 30-40whp after my cold air intake, headers, RTP, catback, and tune. Not sure if ill get the intake manifold yet.

Reviving this just to say I got my Motordyne CBE + Berk HFC and it is LOUD. I love it, only downside is after having it installed for less than 6 hours I got a ticket for it being too loud... So i may need to swap the HFC for either RHFC or RTP or maybe even back to stock. Would getting something resonated even help too much?

oh lol. where you on the pedal or just cruising?

i dont think swapping HFC for RHFC would be that much of a difference. Dont even think about resonated test pipes lol. It will only sound louder.

i hit it pretty hard, i was at a red light in a 45mph zone so i stayed in first until 45 then shifted. Didn't speed or peel out so no reckless driving. Cop said he heard me from 4 blocks away and sped over to find me.

Nice thing is I have my receipt from the exhaust shop who installed it that day so I can just show that to a judge and claim it was installed incorrectly.

I was about to say " don't go and get a ticket now" but I get it's too late for that lmao! Going with RHFCs will muffle it the most but I don't even think that would help much with this exhaust. Good luck.

Great choice with the Motordyne E370! I have it paired with Berk HFC as well. I've had this setup for a few months now and I recently heard it from the outside for the first time when my brother and I swapped cars while running some errands. It is loud but sounds so good - aggressive and very refined. I haven't been pulled over for it driving beside, in front, behind, or passing any cops (knock on wood). The other day I even floored it from a red light while a cop was sitting in line across the intersection but I immediately let off when I saw him and proceeded home.

Love my motordyne paired w/art pipes and TT, will be getting sound clips hopefully next week after the car comes back from paint, but the sound is awesome.

Did the exhaust break in much and get slightly quieter as you had it for 2 weeks or so? Dont get me wrong I absolutely LOVE the sound right now, but for the sake of getting pulled over I want to know if I should trade my HFC for RHFC just to help out a little. RTP are out of the question because the cop looked under my car to make sure I had cats.

Fujitsubo also has a nice deep note. Those are hard to find... Good luck!
