Proper technique to dyno before/afters

I plan to get my stock G37S dynoed before and after the installation of my new Invidia Gemini exhaust (has Tanabes but they were a little too loud so I'm trying out another exhaust). I intend to get the baseline done this week, install the exhaust early next, and then do another dyno the middle of next week. Couple of questions...

1. If it is not possible to do before/after dynos on the same day, is my approach above OK?

2. Should I reset the ECU after installing the Invidia and before the dyno or not?

3. Anything else I should do to ensure a good before/after result?

Any suggestions appreciated guys. I will post a detailed review of the exhaust with dynos and videos later next week if all goes well.

An ECU reset is necessary only if you're doing a rushed before/after dyno IMO otherwise you sound good to go
