Sucks that the main/other thread wad closed. So, basicly I want a full refund but if they only wiling to give the 25% restocking fee fine, I guess I have no choice but to take it. But, it IMHO just shows the type of company they are. I think it's obvious that I will not be dealing with Status Elite again...

I have received nothing yet. I didn't want to accept my refund minus the 25% but I don't think anything more will come out of all of this. But, at least everyone now knows what kind of company SE is. Honestly, I was willing to lose the entire amount for the forum to see SE's true colors. But, I'd love to have a full refund, not lose $150 for nothing, and start over. I swear I didn't mess up that diffuser. And, was that thread deleted or just closed? And, why? (I know it started to get a bit sill from members towards the end, but still...

Whether or not the ding was there unfortunately once you accept delivery and take it out of the box and do ANYTHING with it they'll hit you with a restocking fee. Same thing happened when my FR Sport Strut Tower bar didn't clear my Injen intake...they NEVER said it wouldn't clear the intake but since I tried to test fit it I was basically fooked. Most shops charge you a restocking fee once you open the box, so I don't think you had much on your side...at least you got 75% back and learned never to buy from SE again. Another less, BUY LOCAL, they'll appreciate the biz and work with you if stuff ain't right..

I will make sure to let everyone know about SE Jeff. I wish nothing but bad luck for SE. They suck as a company, their product are sub par, and their customer service blows. The ultimate tool in a business IS the customer. Apparently SE wouldn't know that, it's sounds like a group of washed up drop out high school kids that make parts with nothing to back them up. Wait for igor's parts, at least he stands by his work.
