What is the best exhaust sound... I like the deep sound. These little clips in the exhaust section are horrible quality. About to jump on one of these, opinions?

you should just go to a meet and hear for yourself, otherwise its going to be hit or miss on what other people think is "deep" , personally for just sound I like the Tanabe, if you want performance than I am not sure.

 

I have the invidia, its more towards the high pitched, for me its perfect, when im cruising it sounds stock, but when i floor it u hear all the sound and theres definately a gain on these.

but regardless HKS or MXP hands down!!

+1 after 3500 rpms sounds incredible.

 

Fast intentions is very deep and aggresive. I love my exhaust

 

I don't like anything much louder than stock on the G37, but if I were to get a 'loud' exhaust I'd go with MXP from the clips I've heard.

 

Just get HFC and Y pipe. It will make it a little louder and keep nice stock tone

 

what kind of gains can you expect with that setup?

Fast intention is pretty deep stock. It sounds exotic. Add some HFC to it and you have a win!
