Search man...
Stillen Gen 3 is a PAI install, have to cut the car etc... Headers without a tune will not be very productive.. Stillen exhaust is a personal (how you like the tone) thing.. Most exhaust's (Axel back) are getting the same gains..
I think GTSpec is the only company to make a strut bar.. So that is a no brainer, although some people have mentioned fitment issues..

Then what is your question?
If you have researched you know the pro's and cons of your setup you should be well informed..
Opinion i think you should go Injen CAI... MXP or FI exhaust, stillen headers, Berk HFC, and **** diffuser get some springs and sways for the same price..

Its a good list of mods that you want to get. The Stillen Gen 3 intake is a pain to install and there have been some pro/cons on that intake which has been debated. Injen CAI/SRI and R2C are very popular, so is the new Tekada intake. Another note is install time, if you are going to do it urself, than no worries but if ur taken it to a shop, its gonna be a premium to have Stillen or Injen CAI installed. SRI intakes are simpler to install. The Stillen exhaust is a decent exhaust, just matters on what your budget, sound, and style prefence is. The headers have yet to be proven on just how much power they put out, the factory exhaust manifold is pretty stout as is. GTspec makes a very nice strut bar, grounding kit wise....hit up Blackbetty. Hope this helps a lil

No wheels?
I'd get the GTSpec and BB's grounding kit for now and not the rest.
Injen SRI or CAI?
MXP or Invidia?

Hmm as stated above headers haven't been proven to provide some gains at the wheels for our cars, Stillen states 11WHP. IMO id say switch the stillen headers for a cobb access port, i'm sure you would be more satisfied with the gains as i see your putting your money into direct bolt ons. Headers should be last thing on your list to purchase.. Just my opinion, but hey its whatever floats your boat

Oh you didn't know the G37S coupe comes with 19" wheels?
You also need to add a set of HFC's to your mod list, as the OEM cats are the most restrictive part in our cars.
So what if the Stillen CAI needs some cutting.. it's not like you're cutting from the bumper
