What mods can I put on my lease without "voiding" the warrantee ?

Hi, I lease my g37s and I want to know what type of mods can I do without "voiding" my warrantee ? I remember reading somewhere I can do exhaust and specific things because if a problem ever occurs it is impossible for Infiniti to prove my mod caused the problem. Is this true and what type of mods can I and can't I do . Thanks

^+1. If you can change it back to the way it exactly was from factory, then you're ok.

yeah you can do everything, but if you install a turbo and it messes up your engine, you either have to go back to stock then take your car in, or your screwed if you take it in with the turbos on. exhaust is the safest one, intakes are safe too but if for example they suck in water, it would be easier to put the stock ones back on.

Do anything you want and sell the car out right to someone at the end. Pay off the loan and get the title and transfer it to the new buyer!!

also keep in mind how your dealership feels about mods. some are more open to them while others will give you a harder time. this should play a big part in whether you mod a leased car.

I have the same problem too. I got the mod bug/itch after finding out about this forum but I am on a lease too. I prob won't do much or anything to this one (when I have time, I will change out the lights to LED) but when this lease is over, I will prob buy my next one outright and tear it up good.

I put a Tupac CD in my cd player and my dealership denied my warranty. Watch yourself.

Straight to the classic quotes thread. You have been immortalized my brotha!

Hopefully it was "All Eyez on Me". That one is worth voiding your warranty for!

Forgive me, but I’m an impulsive grammar freak:

A warrantee is a person to whom a warranty is given.
A warranty is a guarantee of a product, given to a warrantee by a warrantor.
