According to The1andonly the guy who installed the FI exhaust on our G37 might of had the max size tip. So that might have caused the bumper to melt.

seems like FI is the responsible party - since they designed and built the system (or maybe
their supplier...)

Not installed properly, Iv'e had on my car for several thousand miles.
Also a friend of mine has had it on sice it came out with no issues.
So I think it is not common problem.
He is the only person with that problem, They have sold alot of systmems with no problems.

The car with the melted bumper had Ti tips on it which will get hotter becasue they are not double wall like the standard SS tips.

I had full FI exhaust on my car for an over 1000 mile trip, Jacksonville to NY, and no issues. The guy who had problems either installed it wrong or switched the tips.

1. JWT b/c group buy is ending earlier
2. Mgnaflow b/c still have some time to buy this with GB
3. HFC?? IMO
4. ECU reflash
5. Wheels
6. Coil Overs IMO wait till more option. so far JIC prototype & BC
