Oh, I also decided to keep the Galaxy S3 and buy the 4200 mah batteries. This should last longer than the maxx HD. I didn't see the difference between the HD and the S3 in screen colors.

 

So looks like I'm gonna have to get a new phone soon even though i"m not up for my upgrade for another year. the Keyboard on my evo lets me type but it doesn't actually write anything... has anyone else experience that? It started this morning.

 

No idea, but that would make me throw it against a wall... although your phone is now on par with a brick.

 

It's seriously starting to annoy me... It'll let me send a text and then not work for an hour and then work again for a little while and go back to not letting me text. Extremely irritating

 

I would bring it in to your local provider (AT&T I am guessing). I have good luck with Verizon. I had them replace a Droid Bionic that I did traded with some random guy on craigslist. The speakers blew out and I just brought it in the Verizon store and the guy looked at it and listen to it and just told me that a replacement was going to be at my door in 2 days.

That phone had a voided warranty since it got transferred to another line. As well as the phone being out of warranty for about a year.

If they don't give you a replacement, just threaten them with a contract termination.

 

Wow, that's BS...that phone is only 5 months old. I should know-cause I had to buy it.
