Lance_ You were totally right. Out of the 9 homes we saw today, only 2 would be consider if we had no choice but to move today. Everything else was either completely trashed or they were nice but the location was just not gonna cut it. Well at least now our realtor has a great idea of what we're are looking for.

Ouch, that sucks Tevi. Hopefully u guys do quite a bit more looking. When my room mate bought his house he looked at over 50 some houses to find the best one n ended up going into a different price bracket. One more day of relaxing until I get to make the trip back, its definitely gonna b an early day tomorrow.....its going to suck leaving the amazing weather down here

I think Linds and myself looked at...8? 12? The #1 thing to do is write down your priorities whether it be location, bedrooms, the age of the home, or the amenities included. These are the things that will narrow your search down quite a bit so you don't find yourself pulling up to the home, taking one step on the front door, and walking right back out(we had a few of those!).

that's a good plan. My cousin and her husband looked at 89 houses before narrowing it down to 3 choices. She told me that and I was like WHAAAAT?!
