Lance_ You were totally right. Out of the 9 homes we saw today, only 2 would be consider if we had no choice but to move today. Everything else was either completely trashed or they were nice but the location was just not gonna cut it. Well at least now our realtor has a great idea of what we're are looking for.

Yeah no kidding Mike. It s a good thing time is on our side so we plan on looking at a lot more homes until we find what we want.

that's a good plan. My cousin and her husband looked at 89 houses before narrowing it down to 3 choices. She told me that and I was like WHAAAAT?!

I think Linds and myself looked at...8? 12? The #1 thing to do is write down your priorities whether it be location, bedrooms, the age of the home, or the amenities included. These are the things that will narrow your search down quite a bit so you don't find yourself pulling up to the home, taking one step on the front door, and walking right back out(we had a few of those!).

Just another FYI, your springs came Friday while we weren't home. Received another notice they'll be back Monday, so the springs should be in the garage waitin for ya bud.

Yeah I hear ya. That actually happened on 2 homes yesterday. On a different note, I just looked at how much my tabs are gonna cost me this year and made me wanna cry. It went down since last year but it s.still way too expensive if u ask me.
