Ya I was debating getting winter tires but, I thinK i will be ok without, its not like I am gonna drive it thru 1-2 inches of snow, only when the roads are cleaned up.

WHat do you own right now, and great to see someone in the same CITY as me, do you know any good car shops to do little mods like replace my headlight bulbs and etc

I have a 2004 Mazda RX8. I wanted a g35 but Major infiniti never had one to test drive when I was in the market so i decided on something else.

I just moved to OP, KS in June of 07. I'll be buying a G37 in Feb/March as well. I'm just afraid if I want/need to order the car, I have to do it 3 months ahead of time, so basically I'd have to order it now. I wish we had more the one infiniti dealer out there. I'm looking for a BS (graphite int), Prem, Sport, Spoiler, maybe navi, with the VPP D plan. I'm just wondering, if I buy and don't lease, I really don't think I want a car that has been on the lot for more then a day.

It's nice to know we got 3 (1 current) G37 owners out here in OP. I'm thinking PHOTO shoot once we all have rides!

Yea, it sucks only having one dealer. I really dont want to buy my car from Major Infiniti, i'm not a fan of the sales staff. I hear the service staff is pretty good so I'm still debating what I'm going to do. I'm thinking of buying from STL since they have 2 dealers there and from what I hear are not as snobish is Major.

That was the same vibe I got when I went there. Very snobbish guys. I went out on a test drive and I drove the car pretty hard ( I didn't shift past 5k though, just full rev up to that point). Its a sports car, so I wasn't going to drive it like a granny. Surprisingly the guy with me on the test drive was completely cool with it.

I'm originally from nearby St.Louis. I wouldn't mind buying from Stl, I'm just worried if I have problems I won't get good service unless I go to the dealer I bought the car from. Are taxes lower in Stl? Btw, are you going to be negotiating with the dealers or do you have a VPP plan of some sort?

I did my test drivre on a trip to houston a few months back. I have friends who have Infiniti's that were not bought at Major but use there service dept and they tell me they like the service there cars receive. so if I did but the car elsewhere i wouldt mind taking it to Major for service.

I work for Sprint so I will be using VPP D program.

How does that work as far as getting a title in KS for a car bought in STL? How much was tax on the car? (%) As long as the guys at major have my car, I'll get it from there probably. I'm using the VPP-D so if I pay close attention they aren't going to screw me over anyway. The Signature grad program will give me a 3.9% apr loan for 63mo too

BTW, I like the wheels you got in that picture, where did you take the pic at?

Any of you guys from the Kansas City area reading this regional classification from time to time?
I am needing to find someone skilled at applying clear bra to a new g37, probably 3M. Anyone have any ideas who would do a good job? I would prefer to see an example of their work prior to having the job done.
Thanks
BenDriver
