Dang, Sam's bumper lined up pretty well. Mine was shipped all the way to Southern Cali and my gaps are slightly bigger. The body shop is planning on cutting/restructuring the bumper to close them. They promise the bumper to line up perfect like the original. The whole process has gotten pretty expensive. It's suppose to be done at the end of next week. I'll post some pics too when I can.

Ok so I went to a regular body shop that does collision repair and paint. They quoted me 450 for installation and paint matching. But a few days later they told me they couldn't put the bumper on and I had to go pick it up. I talked it over with Jeff and I went to find another body shop. The 2nd body shop I went to specialized in mods and body kits. They quoted 550 for installation and paint matching. They were able to squeeze it on (apparently it's a very tight fit) but like I said previously there were gaps. They finally quoted me 800 for the additional mod work. Jeff thinks I'm being ripped off and I can't say I disagree. I called them out on it, but apparently they're not just line filling. They're cutting, grinding, using polyester resin and catalyst, and gelcoating. At this point I'm kinda forced to finish the job. I'll post the before and after pics of the mods on the bumper and you guys can tell me if it was worth it. (Which unless it looks ****en amazing I think I'm prob paying too much)

And roof, trunk spoiler black with the front two side guards plus I'm getting my mrr rims lips painted red everything for $450 ! Everybody else wait this week I will make a video of how to put the bumper on! Its easy you don't need to cut anything . Only have to drill the holes for the screws that's all!

Holy s$&@! Looks awesome! Nice vid Sam and thanks a ton for doing that. I'm a man of my word so we will work something out. Much appreciated.

Again, for anyone else taking these to a shop, be careful. $800 for paint and body work is a lot. If ur taking it to a collision repair place they will charge you up the a$$ because they are used to dealing with insurance claims. You really have to shop around. Post a thread on my g37 calling out to your local shops and see who else has gotten work done there as well.

A quick note about shipping!!!!

I finally got soild lock downs on good rates. Basically from Canada to California for the bumper it will be around $180-200 Canadian. This bumper is huge and the next cheapest qoute I got was $300.

The diffuser is $85 anywhere! Not that's a steal. Same idea... Next best quote I was getting was $185.

So there you go! I'm finally into full swing and the prices can't get any better. I tried my best so I hope this works for those interested.

Pm or email me if you are interested! Thanks a bunch and looking forward to your posts and comments!

So here are the pics of the before and after 800 dollar body shop work. I know the paint isn't perfect so I'll probably take it back to get it fixed. Also I think it doesn't look complete without lowering the car a little and maybe messing with the headlights like Jeff did. Anyways here you guys go
