the 3M tape on mine held it on just fine. I put a few drops of super glue on there b/c I know I'll never take it off and I wanted to just be absolutely sure it wouldn't move

with the 3M tape i found some gaps on the sides....for me, i cant take this off after today...you should see the steering, all covered with silicon made a mess just to stick it

Without saying too much, I agree with saparda. 3M hardly did anything at all. Be prepared to glue/silicon it.

A good way to install the bezel is to insert the bottom right corner behind the airbag first. Then tuck in the right inner thin strip. Move to the left side, and repeat the same steps. Be patient during the install and use caution.

The CF piece was made with the ease of installation in mind. It needed to be flexible enough to accommodate for installs to have the best fit possible. For a 100% OEM fitment, one would have to remove the steering wheel and the air bag/horn cover then have the OE bezel to be wrapped in CF, which applies to everything, not just this piece.

For those that are looking for a more permanent fit, silicone is a good source to secure the bezel down.
