Exhaust fitment with Z1 differential cover

Has anyone had any fitment issues with the Stillen or F.I. CBE with the Z1 differential cover on? I remember Z1 saying some exhausts may not fit with it. Looked on this site as well as 370Z.com and google to find out but no dice. Trying to decide which one between the two above would sound better with Z1 test pipes.
