You might have messed up your MAF sensor as those are very sensitive.

Went to Nissan today hoping they could find more clues than just the P0300, but no.. They did reset the tb's and idle and learning parameters. But I have a feeling it will be back.

has your drive belt been replaced recently? Also check the tension on it, my old one was kinda loose and glazed...

did you ever think to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils... could have a bad one of either which would lead to the rough idles.. justa thought..

After i cleaned my throttle bodies, i had a high idle for about a week, around 800-1000 rpm, which freaked me out. I was planning on going to go to the dealer but unfortunately with time constraints and business i could not get a chance to go in. So reluctantly i had to drive my car around and i drive to many places putting on a lot of miles on my car as it is my only vehicle (i was told by several mechanics that a slightly higher idle doesnt hurt the engine, just hurts gas consumption a bit. after about 2 weeks i noticed that the high idle was gone, before i even tried disconnecting the battery for the ecu reset but no luck.
I think that (at least in my case) by driving a lot, the car automatically relearned the correct idle and fixed itself. This was 6+ months ago and I have not had a high idle since then.

plugs and coils are next on my list to inspect, even though I only have 40,000 miles.
It never had a weird idle after the cleaning, still never does unless the SES light is triggered, which causes it to idle higher. It never did anything weird, that's the strangest thing. Just trigger the light once every couple of days in the first minute after cold start..

My $.02

After almost two months.

For a DIY you should be following the troubleshooting steps in the FSM.
With only 40k miles you should not need plugs. They are good for over 100k miles.
Just replacing parts is a waste of money and time.
Take it to a dealer & let them troubleshoot with the Consult lll The problem would have been resolved by now
You may have already fvuked up the MAF?
