CARB legal catalytic converters
Does any manfacture sell California legal CARB certified cats for late model infiniti's, 2008 + specifically? need to get a pair in the next month or so...

Looks like some of the aftermarket cats on the market are exempt from CA's anti-tampering laws: Aftermarket Catalytic Converters
Magnaflow also has a couple of pages dedicated to how to select aftermarket cats as well. You may want to call them and see what they know about this subject as it seems CA is loosening the belt a little.
