Megan racing headers

Has anyone tried these? Megan Exhaust Stainless Steel Header 09-up Nissan 370Z / G37 VQ35HR VQ37VHR

http://bit.ly/18uCoH8

Seems like a good price for some headers I just want to know the pros and cons to headers and if its worth it.

Great price yes..until you find out how much labor it cost to install it. Headers are not worth it on our car IMO. They're a PITA to install if you DIY and costly if you pay labor for it.

Just install the HFC and call it a day. I'd spend money else where. It might be right there next to the cats but taking it out is another story.

Did anyone end up getting Megan racing headers? If so any gains? and was the sound difference really that much?? Thanks for all the help.
As of rn I have magnaflow CBE, FI HFC, and custom intakes. Planning on getting Megan racing headers.

I wish I had "Megan" in my engine. She would do wonders with her mouth and not wear out my intake hose! Lol

Yes they are tough to get to but headers are always worth it. BUT, if you don't turn your own wrench your going to pay more than the headers in labor alone.

Chuckie, you have the Z1 headers correct? I suspect they're not the same as the Megan headers so your improvements might not apply to a different header design.

So has anyone actually installed these Megan headers or are the claims from users just from having shorties/long tubes in general? I just want to see the welds and an actual picture so I can compare them to the stock shorties flaws. For $300, even just 7-10whp after a tune would be worth it to me.
