"Soak" the bolts in PB Blaster!, you'll need a 2ft extension and breaker bar as you'll have to go through the top from enginebay get to 1of3 bolts off the cats (remove intakes). GL

Update- got it done yesterday. What a pita it was getting the drivers side bolt off from the top! That took us over an hour- just wouldn't budge, and no room to work with compared to the passengers side due to steering stuff in the way. Also the O2 sensor was basically fused to the cat, so there goes another $170 for a new sensor. That sucked! Nothing to do but move on....

But- it's done, and I'm happy with what I heard and felt from it last night- will take it out and stretch it's legs some today, as well as reset the ecu. Thanks again for the input from everyone- especially the youtube link- definitely a lifesaver.
