K&N oil filter to non-oil filter replacement question(s)

so. i have been contemplating for some time to change my K&N typhoon cone oil filters to a non-oil cone filter. i have heard that due to the material used to construct the non-oil filters, they let air flow better than the oil filters used by K&N and their filtration properties are better (not to mention the whole "oil getting sucked in" issue that i have read horror stories about MAFs being damaged).

as i sit here at work with a little extra time, i'm doing a little research on the replacement filter. i'm having a little trouble finding a replacement for it. i have been on AEM's website and did a search for universal filter replacements, but unfortunately i'm unable to find one with the dimensions i have....even though they're off ever so slightly

here's the filter i currently have
RU-4960XD - K&N Universal Air Filters, Universal Clamp-On direct from K&N

so here's my questions:

does anyone have any suggestions on non-oil filter replacements for me?

do companies other than AEM make them or am i going to have to stick with AEM?

i would like to get this done relatively soon as summer is quickly approaching....and i know some folks here have replaced their gen 3 filters with non-oil ones.

i am DEFINITELY not stuck on using AEM....so don't be shy about other brands....no ebay crap please unless it's from a reputable company.

any help would be appreciated.

thanks
