After taking off my FI CBE, I went back to stock. Now I m looking for another setup.
I m thinking of getting the IPL exhaust since its a true dual pipe instead of Y.

If anyone went from sports to IPL exhaust, I have a few questions for youbowrofl:

1.Does it have the stock infiniti growl to it? is it louder? what sound differences are there

2. Any power increase felt or dyno proven?

1. Yes, it has the signature VQ baffle growl. It's louder... Not by much but it's louder. If you take it to a car meet/show many will ask if it is aftermarket. From the rear of the car it looks aftermarket, the tips are huge for an OEM exhaust. I had two people ask me if it was the Nismo exhaust on the same day.

2. The exhaust is a 2.5 true dual from the factory. It's dyno proven... Several stock IPL's on the forum have dyno'd around 300whp before a tune. Many claim the IPL gets the extra power from the tune and exhaust. The IPL tune is still very conservative, most of the power is in the exhaust. It's less restrictive and a better design than sport models.
