I don't know how the middle man works but jm said Megan will ship out directly whenever they get them. So someone at Megan must be in charge of this order

This was the e-mail they sent me. Im guessing that is when they get it in stock.

"We were awaiting your reply back on the confirmation. If we process a
refund there will be an order cancellation fee directly from Megan Racing
which we cannot eat up. Otherwise the exhausts will be in on the 22nd."

thats what they said to me to..i even wanted a refund but like i said they keep 20% of the purchase price. so we have to wait... they said the same thing for june 13 so lets see what excuse they come up with on the 22nd. remember guys this isnt JM auto racing fault its megan racing.

I inquired about the exhaust over the weekend, the container with the axle-back's is scheduled to arrive some time between today and Wednesday this week. I am going to just be patient and continue to wait for any further updates.

I bought this exhaust cuz it was cheap and at the time little tight on money, now that money in my pocket I want to buy a better a full cat back, I really don't want this anymore, if no update by Wednesday I'm gonna take the 20% cut n get my money back.

I have to say I can't believe you would wap an IPL exhaust for a cheap Megan........and I do run a Megan on my Z. The IPL exhaust is far superior to the Megan.............

Sorry that you guys had to go through all this... I didn't want to stick my nose into their business.
All i know is, their factory's not really up to standard, which is giving them the headache already. And they will be looking for a new source to build their exhaust. (hopefully, there won't be issues like this).

i find it hard to believe that JM auto would charge a 20% restocking fee for a product that hasn't arrived, hasn't been shipped, and that you haven't taken responsibility for yet.

sounds fishy to me. as i said earlier, i ordered my pro s-0c from them and they were delayed in customs for a week or so and blew my delivery date by 10 days, but they were really good about communication.

I completely agree with this. I haven't actually been told this directly by JM Auto but if it's actually the case it doesn't make any sense to me at all.

Just called JM auto racing and they told me that they have received the shipment or Megan has received it, couldn't tell which since it sounded like he was talking to me through the speaker phone, but we "should" get the exhaust by today through Friday. Don't see how that's possible since it takes more than a day to even get it to Fedex but we'll see.

You could just sell it on the classified section since ALOT of people want these. Just a suggestion
