50 State Legal Short Ram?

50 State Legal Short Ram?
Sup guys I live in the Bay Area and am looking for a short ram intake that is 50 state legal. I dont want to go cold air because I would not want to remove the bumper or get water into the filters when it rains. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

I would get the R2C, not sure about 50 state legal. See their website and ask if its 50 state. Though they say CAI, there is not removing grille or bumper etc. Several great vendors here. Got mine from Tunerzstore.com.
