What mods can I ad to my Stillen exhaust that will increase power but won't interfere with the sound? Also, am I the only one who hates how far out the tips stick out?

I was asking for the exhaust. I like the sound so def am not trying to effect it so I will leave as is...really wish those tips didn't stick out so much.
