I've had my system for almost 30k miles with zero problems. But maybe i should go ahead and check the flex pipes.

I have Gemini and for the most part, it's a nice system for the price.
The flex pipes are the weak point....you get what you pay for. Get over it...please. If I ever get a crack (so far so good) I will NOT get an Invidia replacement...STUPID thing to do. Just gonna invite another failure. I will replace it with this>>> get it welded on at a muffler shop for $25.

Stainless Steel Flex Section 2.50" x 6" - Fabrication Parts - Berk Technology

There are the same flex sections used on our turbo exhaust systems. Twice the fataiuge resistance of a non- lined flex section. These are designed for high temp, extreme duty use. These are not your run of the mill "muffler shop" flex sections. Perfect for use on turbo downpipes, header applications, & exhaust pipes.

I called Invidia today on their flex pipes. They are DOUBLE BRAIDED...inside and out which is good. Cheaper flex pipes are only single braided on the outside. I thought that might have been the problem here...we can rule that one out.

I got the replacement pipe for the right side of the exhaust, They moved up the Flex pipe a little further up towards the resonator, A little disappointed that I only got the right side, Will wait to see if left one gives.

Could you check inside the tube with a flash light and see if the flex section is braided on the inside? Just want to confirm what they told me on the phone.

There are 3 types:
Worst...Single braid with flex tube inner:

Better...Double braided with flex tube between:

Best...Interlocking metal tube inner and outer braid:

Don't confuse the FLEX TUBE with the INTERLOCKING TUBE!

Here's a good post on this:
