It's the cats, I just installed my Magnaflow Monday.
There is no rasp, as a matter of fact it sounds awesome at full throttle.
BUT there is a drone at 1800 to 2000, especially when lugging it.

I got a tune yesterday and it helped that drone at low rpm. Maybe a tune can help the rasp?

You're getting rasp because of the Berks, of course.

most likely its your high flow cats that are causing the rasp.

hfcs....sacrifices for the gains. If you want to avoid rasp, Resonsonators is the way to go

I believe resonators have to be welded on the HFC's. However some companies do sell resonated ones.
